I can see where many institutes or companies might focus on covering digital citizenship initially and then not follow up with reminders throughout the year. I agree with you that this should be something that is done periodically to keep things fresh. How do you see doing that in your current work environment?

Sometimes we assign everyone a “learning” which could be a document or a video or an actual eLearning. We could create something and then require them to take it once per year or more frequently if we feel the need arises.
